ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

At present, BMB is executing the contract for The Construction of Shell Coop-East Housing Estate, Gaduwa, Abuja. SHELL COOP- EAST GARDEN ESTATE GADUWA, ABUJA.

SCOPE:
The project is on a 9.9 hectares plot of land. The foundation laying ceremony was on October 6, 2012. At present it is at about 98% completed. It comprises:

• 190 living quarters (upscale) consisting of 20 blocks of 5 & 4 bedroom Terraced buildings, fully detached and semi-detached bungalows.
• Gate house and Perimeter fencing with rendering.
• Asphalted Roads and Concrete Drains.
• Central Sewage System.
• Water connections (industrial boreholes etc)
• Electrification and Street lights.
• Landscaping, etc.
